With the abolishment of school fees for primary school education in Malawi, The cost of school uniforms has become the biggest expense especially to the underprivileged groups. Studies have shown that school uniforms are a perfect tool to downplay economic differences among students thus removing discrimination and installing a feeling of belonging. Touch of Hope through the Hope for the Future Project H4F is helping in ensuring that students remain in school by providing free school uniforms.
